Twelve screened options across Mississauga, Oakville, Milton and west Toronto. Filter down to what actually works, then book. Every fact on every card is labelled observed, estimated or unverified.

Read these two things first

  1. Every price here is roughly 12 hours old. All-in totals were read on the evening of 31 July 2026 and could not be re-confirmed this morning. Live pricing on Airbnb and on all five hotel brand sites is JavaScript only, so a plain fetch returns an empty shell. Nothing on this page is a quote.
  2. How far out anything is bookable past 7 August is unknown for all 12 options. No calendar horizon could be read anywhere. Nine Airbnb listings accepted 2 to 3 August and four accepted 2 to 7 August, but past 7 August is unverified across the board.

Recommendation

Mary's Modern House, Mississauga

189 CAD all-in for 2 to 3 Aug, or 743 CAD all-in for 2 to 7 Aug. No card at check-in. It is the only option in the set with a real all-in total for both windows, so one booking covers either plan. Instant Book, lockbox self check-in, washer in unit, free parking, 4.84 on 171 reviews. Two listings are rated higher but neither would show a price. If City Centre 1 Bedroom Apartment or Cozy & Private Basement Suite comes in near 189 or 743 in the app, take that instead.

The one that matters most
